Job Description
The scope of responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for correctness and adequateness of company books and bank accounts
- Responsible for Accounts Receivables, i.e. deposits, credit card receipts, invoicing, payments, etc.
- Responsible for billing such as tracking invoicing and following up on payments
- Prepare and review account reconciliations
- Supervised preparation of inventory monthly and annual reports
- Assistance with yearly statutory reports and coordination with external auditors
Qualifications
- Professional training in the field of Accounting (College/University degree)
- At least 1 year of experience of independent work in Finance/Accounting
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and tax legislation
- Knowledge of and experience with SAP
- Proficient English skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Responsibility, attention to detail, communication skills, ability to work in a team
- Experience in an international company is a plus
