The role will be responsible for helping the Operations Oversight team manage key risks including, but not limited to, speaker program monitoring, transparency reporting monitoring, and state law employee monitoring.
Job Responsibilities
- State Law Field Representative Credentialing:
- For existing requirements, conduct ongoing monitoring of credentialing for new additions and departures, liaising with the states to ensure compliance.
- Maintain a current listing of impacted employees for each jurisdiction.
- For new requirements, document the requirements, develop an operationalization plan, and execute the plan.
- Communicate and report to the jurisdictions where required.
- Management Monitoring:
- Review data associated with key US Commercial activities (e.g., Transparency Reporting, Rep Registration) for completeness and accuracy.
- Through automation and data analysis techniques, identify anomalies in the data.
- Communicate with third-party vendors and business owners to ensure action is taken to remedy issues.
- Communicate the results of monitoring periodically to stakeholders.
- Data Management and Analysis
- Retrieve, transform, and perform data analysis of GSK and industry data
- Develop and deliver insights and questions arising from this data analysis to senior stakeholders
- Provide new product launch support, as required, based on insights from data
- Support data tools within Operations Oversight (Sql Servers, data lake integrations, etc.)

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Computer Science, Economics or Engineering Discipline.
- 2+ Years of experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or another relational database.
- Experience with PowerBI, Tableau or another data visualization tool.
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- 2 + years Software Development experience (C# or Python preferred)
- Experience in Compliance, Data Analytics, or Risk Management
- General knowledge of Data analytics with large data sets
- Experience with SAS, R, Minitab or other statistical software
