As a Senior Statistical Programmer II you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
What you will be doing:
- Lead more than one Statistical Programming team to create, validate, review and generate statistical programs consisting of outputs such as listings, tables, figures, and SDTM/ADaM domains (including mapping specifications) of multiple moderate to high complex studies.
- All programs must be in accordance with documented procedures and project specific timelines, to generate accurate, complete and consistent outputs.
- Contribute to the development of more junior Statistical Programmers.
You are:
- 8 Years of Experience and Exhibit the Following Traits:
- Advanced functional knowledge level of Statistical Programming.
- Adds value through advanced knowledge of best practices and application to customer needs. May contribute internally to training material of moderate complex topics.
- Lead a team of statistical programmers across multiple moderate/complex studies, and act as a mentor for colleagues.
- Typically includes client interaction.
- Solve complex problems; take a new perspective on existing solutions; exercise judgement based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Establish approach and lead resources to achieve operational and strategic plans. Impact is focused on medium-term goals. Work is done independently, but subject to assessment.
- Adapt style and use persuasion in delivering messages. Issues may be complex, audience perspectives may be divergent, and information may be non-routine in nature.
