JOB SUMMARY: The Product Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the product sales team by implementing and monitoring efficient sales processes. This role involves maintaining sales tools, ensuring sales data integrity, analyzing sales data, generating reports, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance sales operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement and refine sales processes
- Support the sales team in navigating sales tools and systems
- Maintain CRM and other sales tools
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across accounts
- Ensure accurate data entry and data integrity within sales tools
- Ensure sales processes are followed and adhered to
- Provide training and support to the sales team on sales tools and processes
- Collect and analyze sales data
- Prepare sales reports for the sales team and management
- Develop and monitor sales KPIs and suggest improvements
- Ensure alignment between sales and other departments
- Other items commensurate with seniority and business needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Experience: 2+ years’ experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role. Experience with sales process optimization and data analysis/reporting. Experience in the software industry or health technology products preferred.
Skills:
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g: Salesforce) and other sales tools
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, both formal and informal
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of data visualization tools
- Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
- High comfort level with a broad scope of software development technology
