As a Statistical Programming Team Lead you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
What you will be doing:
• Ensure department, program and study level goals and objectives are consistently met to the highest standard of quality, with support from their own manager.
• Ensure statistical programming team deliverables consistently meet team expectations and quality standards.
• Implement effective tracking and reporting to monitor staff workload and optimize staff utilization. Provide technical and managerial leadership, including mentorship and training of direct reports.
• Delegate responsibilities appropriately with the target of continuously developing team capabilities.
• Perform interim and annual performance appraisal of assigned team members, identify gaps and propose development plans.
• Provide regular feedback to the Operations team on the performance of the direct reports and instigate follow-up review where required
• Represent at internal / external / sponsor audits and manage findings through resolution both operationally and within the Quality Management System.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Typically, >= 8 Years of Experience and Exhibit the Following Traits:
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered in place of the education and experience stated impact.
- Ensures staff align to operational and strategic expectation.
- Ensure statistical programming team deliverables consistently meet team expectations and quality standards.
- Resource Management Focused on staff utilization and their allocated tasks.
Financial Management. Coach and mentor to staff. People Leadership - Generate and run metrics and share with client leadership, lead the meeting to discusses the same.
- Review monthly reports for the program and action accordingly.
- Host townhalls along with operational lead and share the program updates
Typically an entry level role to management. - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supervisory experience including project management, resource planning, staff recruitment, performance evaluations, career development and training.
- Capability to manage competing priorities in a changeable environment.
