As a Statistical Programmer you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
What you will be doing:
- Complete programming activities under supervision
- Take responsibility for timely completion of all assigned development task
- Understand and apply a basic knowledge of industry standards
- Identify and begin to interpret problems in processes/results and communicate them to supervisor/manager
- Develop understanding of all applicable policies and procedures of GSK
- Execute assigned tasks with high quality, integrity and attention to detail (with some supervision)
- Perform Quality Control (QC) of own work independently
- Keep manager/supervisor informed of progress and activities; escalates issues as appropriate
Works effectively and collaboratively within own team
You are:
- Able to lead studies under supervision.
- Able to demonstrate strong programming and domain expertise.
- Able to execute a wide range of programming activities with minimal supervision.
- Able to identify gaps in current programming best practices and offer suggestions for improvement.
- Minimum 3 years' experience within Statistical Programming in a clinical environment.
