Overview
This exciting new position is seeking an experienced FSP Manager/Associate Director or FSP Project Manager to add value to our ever-growing FSP teams.
Phastar is a leading Biometrics CRO and we are seeking an experienced Programmer, Biostatistician, Data Manager or FSP Project Manager (experience in biometrics is a plus) to fill this requirement.
The role of FSP Manager/Associate Director is an exciting position providing overall management of an FSP relationship with identified clients. Acting as primary point of contact, and liaison between the client and PHASTAR’s recruitment team, you will provide a client-centric service that focuses on satisfying FSP client staffing and account oversight needs.
Candidates can be located in the UK, Europe or India but must be flexible to cover some US/East Coast working hours.
Responsibilities
Employees may be required to perform some or all of the following:
- Oversight and primary contact with client concerning staffing needs
- Escalate priorities with PHASTAR for quick response to client staffing needs
- Provide solutions on staffing priorities to management
- Liaise with client and FSP teams to answer questions
- Track and document status of client requests and internal recruitment team
- Attendance and input to company resource meetings
- Ensure that FSP team members have appropriate oversight by line managers
- Report any potential new business opportunities to the business development manager
- Ensure resources assigned fit the requirements of the project
- Identify areas where new processes are required
- Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding of staff for PHASTAR and client
- Participate in interviews and hiring process for new staff. Oversee timely training compliance
Qualifications
- Experience as a statistics or programming lead/manager preferred
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under all circumstances
- Familiarity with GCP and regulatory requirements
- Basic understanding of business finance
- BSc or MSc in biostatistics, statistics or a related data science discipline
- Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry to have a good awareness of clinical trial issues, design and implementation
- Experience working within rare disease, oncology or vaccine therapeutic areas would be beneficial but not essential
- Previous experience of interacting with clients
