Contingency
Contingency searches allow a company to utilize the services of multiple staffing vendors to assist in finding the best candidate for their need. At Hire Power, there are no initial costs and zero fees until our candidate is hired. We’re so confident our candidate is your right next employee that we guarantee our placement for a full 180 days from the date of hire. Most contingency searches we conduct are for Professional Exempt, Management and Senior/Executive Level Management employees.
Retained
Retained searches are typically utilized for Senior, Executive and CXX level management positions or difficult to find professionals. Retained searches take more time, require more personal attention and resources when identifying prospective candidates. Unlike a Contingency search, where we might work on several searches at one time for various clients, a Retained search will have a dedicated Recruiter or team of Recruiters working with only one client until they have hired the candidate. This personal attention guarantees our clients receive the highest caliber of candidates quickly. And like our Contingency Searches, we guarantee our placement for a full 180 days from their date of hire.
